HB 2371  RELATING TO GENERAL ASSISTANCE                 HSH, FIN
      Authorizes DHS to keep rollover funds from 
      general assistance.  (Arakaki)

HB 1916  RELATING TO FAMILIES                           HSH, JHA
      Requires child abuse to be reported to either
      DHS or the police departments.  (Arakaki)

 Persons wishing to testify are requested to submit 30 copies
of their testimony 24 hours prior to the briefing to the
Committee's Vice Chair in Room 328, State Capitol.  Testimony may

to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of
the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for
submittal.
